McBattles Wedding: April 8, 2017
I designed and made all of the garments for my wedding and the events leading up to it. We celebrated our nuptials with a springtime English Tea Service, so the pieces were all based on delicate florals, lace, and pastels.
I created my wedding dress based on floral shapes and hues. It consists of layers of silk organza, overlaid by 2 types of embroidered lace, hand-sewn together in an overlapping pattern.
Each Bridesmaid Dress was designed and then made specifically for each girl and fitted according to their measurements. They are made from a variety of silks- satin, crepe, organza, and accented with lace.
I designed and made my husband’s olive green wool suit, cotton sateen floral shirt, silk jacquard necktie, and embroidered linen hanky.
In addition, I created the Mother-of-the-Bride dress, groomsmen neckties, Maddie’s tutu, Rehearsal outfit, and Bachelorette dress.
e.nora winter 2016/17
these pieces are from a mini winter collection. the focus of this collection was on transitional knitwear pieces. the tops can be thrown on after the gym, or dressed up, and the dresses can be worn casually with sneakers, or out to dinner with some heels.
the textiles range from rayon jersey to wool knits and each piece leaves room for the wearer to style it however the want. these make great wardrobe staples and are as comfortable and easy to wear as they are unique and stylish.

chambray dreams and calico wishes…
the chambray dreams collections was designed and created when we first relocated to greenville, sc. i was inspired by the abundance of farms, orchards, and festivals that this city has to offer. my goal was to create very functional and classic, yet fashion forward garments that would transition from late summer into fall here in the southeast. there’s a touch of Americana in these pieces, with some quirky details reminiscent of our last home in savannah, ga.
